Resident in Counseling
Christine has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. She is currently a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Dr. Preston-Josey. She provides Autism Assessments for Adults & Adolescents. As a mom of an autistic child, she shares not just the clinical side of her expertise but real-life experience. She also helps those with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and has experience working with anger issues, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. Christine utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person centered, and Eye Movement Integration approaches, as well as others to meet the needs of her clients. She believes in providing a safe and empathetic space to work through life’s struggles. Christine works collaboratively to identify needs and develop a therapeutic approach because she believes that her clients are the experts to their lives. Christine has experience in both individual and group settings and offers virtual/telehealth sessions.
